Build Index

As I have to buy parts and bits for this build, I'll add it's cost here. My goal is to keep the cost below, or as close to $1K as possible. I know, a lofty goal at best. But that's what I'm aiming for.

Things I bought for the build that wont work or might not need
In other words, wasted money!! :(

$80.002008/05/05Used MY99 intake Manifold ($50 + $30 shipping) - Doesn't look like I'll be using this though.
$150.002008/04/16SmoothFlowPulleys.com custom adjustable pulley for C230 M62 SC ($150 shipped) - Unfortunatly, this pulley isn't quite up to snuff. I'm going to have it tweaked locally. It'll increase the cost a little.
$150.002009/4/18The LAST tweak to the SC pulley. Had it re-welded and a few more bolts added.
$200.002009/2/16Had to have the pulley hub remade by a local machine shop - I had to eat the cost of programming the CNC machine!! D'OH! There goes my $1000 goal!! Hopefully if anybody needs one of these made it'll cost much less now.
$580.00on goingTotal
