Prodrive Bilstein/Eibach Kit
There are different levels of suspension tuning. Please see the "Technical
Information" sections on suspension for details..

By far the best single improvement to be made to the suspension and essential
to any other future modifications. See Technical Information sections for
detailed information.
Level one: Bring the chassis up to world standards.
Add a Subaru 18mm rear bar to the 2.5RS. Same spec at 93-96 WRX.
The 18mm rear bar and WRX RA shocks to the standard model Impreza, L or LS.
Add our SPD/Eibach/Germany Pro-Kit spring kit to standard RS shocks or WRX replacement
shocks.
AGX 4-way adjustable front, 8 way rear struts with SPD/Eibach springs.
AGX adjustable strut assemblies alone for Stock Solo II class. A Go Fast.
For any standard model 4-door Impreza you can also purchase any SPD springs/struts as a
kit. 5-door springs are special order.
Level two: "Fast Road" Setups
The Prodrive Bilstein/Eibach Kits. Rave reviews in England. Fixed, as delivered
sets, these are some of the best sorted suspension kits available for ANY car. Large tube inverted
struts sorted by three time World Rally Champion Prodrive LTD. The
Prodrive GT gives the Impreza has a balance and poise few cars can match.
The Prodrive WR Sport is set 20% stiffer and has superior 90mph + stability.
Several very
satisfied RS owners all agree - "superior performance" - go for it.
Prodrive P1 setup. Inverted STI V6 struts and special Prodrive P1 springs.
Solid and quick and for the sport minded driver a great price on a great
setup..
Level three: The real thing for track days or actual rally use.
LEDA 2.5" coil-over suspension kit. (BTCC champions w/Ford, Required on all FIA F1
Porsche Cup cars) These struts are 24 position adjustable for jounce and rebound. Best for
experienced drivers. Completely adjustable spring rate and ride height. This kit was fitted
to an Impreza 22b model and reviewed in a Dutch auto magazine: "Fastest car since the
Ferrari F50 and the last Porsche 993 Turbo" What more can we say - this is the real
thing, folks! Surprisingly good ride quality! These are competition units
with rebuild able struts.
DMS 50mm rally/road/race Inverted construction, widely adaptable due to
independent rebound and compression. Expensive and worth every penny if you
know how to set it up. Pat Richard uses DMS as do several other SCCA
Pro-Rally drivers.
Prodrive has limited quantities of 50mm Bilstein kits available. These are not generally
suited to road use as the damping rates are not user adjustable and are too harsh even in
their softest configurations. Priced from about $5000.

The "I always wanted a rally car" option is not recommended. Too expensive and
not at all suited to every day driving. Use the LEDA with a 275/225 spring setup, go real
fast or step just one notch down with the supremely affordable P1 kit from
Prodrive.
