2nd Pulley Option

= Anothernords - 2nd Pulley Option = Thanks to [http://www.rs25.com/forums/f7/109949-my-supercharger-build-97-legacy-5.html#post1859720 anothernord on RS25.com] there is another option for making a custom pulley to fit this unique Supercharger. With my design, it requires you to basically destroy the original spline plate, and have the spline bit welded to a piece of steel. While this is a perfectly fine option, Anothernord decided he wanted to leave the spline plate almost as is. Instead, what he did was have an adapter plate made up that sandwiches between his 2.6" pulley and the spline plate. Thus, his design requires no welding at all. Just a decent machine shop.

The above photo shows his pulley made up of 3 primary pieces. * The custom pulley with bearing pressed into it. He decided to go with a steel pulley rather than an Aluminum one. This was a good choice as the face of this pulley is thinner to compensate for the adapter plate. * The adapter plate with holes drilled for the pulley, and holes tapped for the spline plate. * The mildly modified OEM clutch/spline plate
